Rob Lowe is the Regional Administrator for FAA’s Southwest Region, including the states of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Rob is the FAA Administrator’s principal representative for this region with more than 39 years of FAA experience and has held numerous leadership positions across multiple service units within the agency.

Rob also served as the Department of Transportation (DOT) Regional Emergency Transportation Coordinator, supporting FEMA Region VI across all DOT modes and providing executive linkage to transportation stakeholders, local, tribal, state/federal agencies, and elected officials.

Rob is an accomplished Airshow and Sports Public Address Announcer and is counted among the top-tier airshow announcers in the U.S.
