Spanning a 40-year career, Russell has championed the planning initiatives that established AllianceTexas as a global logistics hub – the nation’s first inland port complete with multimodal transportation for ground, rail and air needs. His success in building public-private partnerships to accomplish significant projects combined with diverse expertise, including long-term infrastructure development, mobility innovation, external/governmental affairs, and economic development, has been instrumental in the development's growth.
